We collect demographic information, cancer-related self-reported information, survey responses (e.g., PHQ-9), and app usage information, to evaluate this e-intervention. Your data is used strictly for research purposes, including improving your experience with this program and refining content. No data that could be used to identify you is sent to third parties. Any video-conference counseling sessions are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant Zoom link and will be reviewed for fidelity assessment and supervision.
App data is securely hosted on a HIPAA-compliant server. Only authorized members of the research team from UC Irvine, UCSF, and UCSD will have access to your information as required for study coordination and regulatory compliance.
